I’ve ordered the ribeye twice and have now learned from my mistakes. I always thought they were above Applebees, tgif, etc. and closer to Texas Roadhouse and the like in terms of steak. Not the case. Blooming Union is great and all the fried unhealthy types of food but the ribeye is not good at all. The shrimp is nothing to write home about either. I visited the Outback restaurant after shopping at the Deptford Mall, as I generally enjoy their dining experience. I had just bought a pair of sunglasses for $240, which I had left on the table. After finishing our meal and leaving, I realized about ten minutes later that I had forgotten my sunglasses. I quickly drove back to the Outback and inquired about them, but the staff informed me that nothing had been found. When I spoke with the manager, they simply repeated the same information. I visited the Deptford area to catch up with family who came over from Canada, and a friend recommended this restaurant to me. I went in twice, and the first time, we were greeted by the hostess, Stacey. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and seemed disinterested, making my family and me feel like we were a burden. She practically tossed the menus on the table. On my second visit, though, we were seated by Lily, who had a warm smile and really made us feel welcome. She was very personable and friendly. I hope Lily continues to thrive in her role, but the atmosphere when we were with Stacey was really off-putting. Thank you, Lily, and I hope something can be done about Stacey's attitude.

Steak and lobster never let's me down here. Unbelievably, though they are touted as a steakhouse, their lobster tails are always perfectly cooked and delicious, and the steaks, done as requested. Their Blonde Ale beer is also very good, and priced right. All in all, always a good experience! And if you enjoy a delicious wedge salad, it can be ordered as one of your side dishes, and is always crisp and fresh.
Friendly, attentive service, but the food isn't what it used to be. Maybe it's indicative of the times, but a ribeye at Outback meant a thick, juicy steak. The one I received on my last visit was 1/2 thick, at best. Expecting a little more for my money.
Left a review awhile ago in July during my last visit about my bad experience the manager invited me back for a redo and this time it was wonderful, the food was great and the service was perfect. We will be back. Glad we returned.
My food was a 5 star, my wife's however wasn't, she ordered the steak/shrimp pasta finner and it was heavily peppered, ease it back a bit guys and it would a been 5 star.

Our bartender/waiter was amazing and was able to multitask and help multiple customers at the same time! Great vibes and pleasant atmosphere, food was delicious!
Louis was an absolute treat. Great with kids and doesnt overly hover. There when you needed him without waiting. 10/10
