The steak was cooked to perfection, and the ribs were good, just as I expected from Outback. However, I would appreciate a bit more attention to detail. The delivery address was clearly a hotel, yet there were no utensils or napkins included. Additionally, the salad dressing provided was not nearly enough. I ordered a fully loaded baked potato, but it arrived with nothing on it—no butter, salt and pepper, or any condiments, except for a strange spicy steak sauce. I’ll give it 3 stars because the basic food was good, but focusing on these details is what will keep customers coming back.
Had the experience of being served by a new server Xander who was once an SA not even 2 months ago. The person I would see that was quiet but now as a server, very well preserved and talks to his guest. We took a long time to order but he was ok with it can came back at least 4 times to make sure we were ok before we ordered. When one of the other people brought out our food, Xander told her that he had it and made sure he served us our food directly. He was awesome and I will be sure to ask for him again to sit in his section.
Outstanding! I love my 12oz Slow Roasted Prime Rib*. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly! Melted in my mouth! My husband had the Seasoned and Seared Prime Rib* with the loaded baked potato and seasonal vegetables and ate every bite! Didnt complain once except for the tiny amount of bacon supplied for his potato. Regardless, we were both extremely pleased! Thank you!

My wife and I dined here for dinner and opted for the three-course special they were offering. The food was quite good, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was definitely worth what we paid—a pleasant surprise, as that isn't always the case!
The food was excellent, but we were in a hotel and didn't have any utensils or napkins for our meal. I was quite disappointed that my Kingsland Pasta came with very little sauce, which was a shame since the steak and shrimp were quite tasty.
The Bloomin' Onion had almost no sauce at all. I was the only one ordering, and the small container wasn't even half full. It tasted amazing, but I did feel a bit cheated.
