My friend and I just went to Outback tonight& had one of the worst service we have ever received. First, it took several minutes to even order drinks when we first sat down, than when we finally ordered it took almost 20 minutes for just one drink. The whole time he was talking to the hostess while not even checking in to see if we needed anything. When we finally got his attention, he walked away. We weren’t asked our entrees, we had to wave him down. My friend and I are both servers, and even this kind of service is not okay. It really ruined Outback for me. We were not attended to once. Our server was Sebastian H. Really bad experience
I have to admit in the begining we wasnt sure we wanted to stay because the door seem so strange to walk in lol but it was mothers day and we were both hungry. First of all we had the kindest waitress, Kristina she was so nice and patience to explain everything always checking on us, amazing service!!! The food was good i mean is outback you already know, My ribeye was delicious, the lobster was great my mom had the filet mignon, we had the amazing desert and had a good time. I just wanted to write the review to say thank you to the staff, so amazing!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Disgraceful is the word. A lot of chain restaurants are closing there doors for good and I hope this location does as well in the near future. The service was horrible, the chef put way too much pepper in the food, not to mention they were out of menu items which is dumb as anything and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Won’t be going back. They charge and arm and a leg for nothing when I can go to a diner and get a lot for nothing.
The service here really took a since I was last here. Everything took long, server wasn't by nearly as frequent as he should have been. Took 15 min for my friend to get his first soda, another server brought us a refill at some point. He ran away so fast after throwing down the glass. I'm surprised the glass didn't break. Food and service ok but will be vet eat here again. This location needs a complete overhaul. FDA should give them a F rating bathrooms are discusting, smelly, filthy. Nothing in this restaurant has been cleaned.
The floors are dirty and need mopping. They keep the lights dim so you can’t tell how dirty it is in there. The restrooms are nasty. The utensils are dirty. The food is okay nothing to brag about.
Huge fan of Outback; this experience was disappointing. Beer was warm..steak was terrible. Hate to do it…but not returning when I come back in a week….shame.

Food had so much sodium. My body swelled up and stomach ached do bad. I will never go back.
