My wife and I had been out and about and wound up at Outback. So glad we did. Our waiter was Matthew and he provided the best service I have had in a long time at any restaurant. The food was out of this world. They had a $14.99 4-course meal deal, so we both had that, I chose chicken tortilla soup, house salad, parmesan crusted chicken with baked potato and cheesecake comes with it. My wife had the frech onion soup, house salad, parm crusted chicken with mixed vegetables and cheesecake. Outstanding please and would recommend them highly to anyone.
The service started off well, with the staff opening the door for us. However, when we ordered the Outback Special, the quality of the steak was disappointing. I couldn't eat three-quarters of it because it was tough and had a lot of fat throughout. I actually have a picture of what I couldn't finish. On a positive note, the potatoes were excellent! I'm not sure how I ended up giving it five stars; it definitely did not deserve that rating. Normally, Outback’s steaks are tender and free of excessive fat, but this experience was far from that.
My wife and I were passing through Dalton and saw this restaurant near our hotel. We decided to give it a shot. I can say that our server Devin was very good. Very attentive and personal. My wife chose the Bloomin Chicken dinner and I chose the Crispy Bloomin sandwich. Both meals were heavily salted and over cooked in our opinion. I would rate the food below average. Although we are only in this area several times a year, I would unfortunately not go to this restaurant again.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food and service fell short of expectations—my steak was served cold, and even the blooming onion was subpar. I can't believe they managed to mess up such a signature dish! I was really frustrated. Our waiter seemed to be absent during our visit; we had to ask for bread and drink refills multiple times, and one person in our group never even got a refill. It's hard to see how a place like this can stay in business.

Our server, Tiffany, was fantastic! I requested a substitution of vegetables for a baked potato with my chicken, and there was no issue at all. She came by several times to ensure we were satisfied and didn't have any problems with our meal. We had a wonderful experience with both the food and the service we received.
The food here was excellent. There was a 30 minute wait, we did go on Friday night so that is typically for a Friday wherever you go.me and my wife didn't mind waiting. This is are 2nd time coming here and we will be back again.
Went on a date as we had no kids or grandkids!! Everything tasted so good. Waitress was awesome even with a huge party. Manager even gave us a dessert thanks for a wonderful date night as we haven't had one in a while A
I had to request butter from two different staff members. It's the little details that really matter.

Prime rib was the toughest I’ve ever had. Would not recommend the item for the price.
Had a lovely dinner tonight with fantastic service and steak cooked to perfection.
