I have been a dishwasher for fourteen years now, and have worked at places don 't care. Here at outback steakhouse, they 're proud to let you down. Ask for the manager Joe, Joe is the best, but avoid the other two at all cost, Especially Thomas, he has an attitute problem and I, in all my 14 years as a dishwasher, have never worked with a more displeasing manager. Wife wanted to come here to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The food server was great but we had to take our food to go because of the atmosphere. There was a man eating there in a hospital gown. Like in the literal sense. The gown was heavily blood stained he had dried blood down his arms where he was bandaged. Dude seriously looked like he just ran out of the ER. On top of that he had this real bad smell to him that lingered in the area. I came here because I received a gift card for Christmas. The experience was very underwhelming. Such that next year I?ll edit my Secret Santa answers to say ?don?t include restaurants!? The steak was not cooked the same throughout the thick center steak was medium rare however the surrounding ends were medium well. Nothing special about the sides $2.00 extra for Mac and Cheese that came from a box? But the crown jewel was their centerpiece, the blooming onion appetizer. It appears ours was cooked hours before and then reheated by refrying it. For an appetizer we ordered their Aussie Twisted Ribs. When we asked about their signature bloom sauce, our server said it was only served with the entree. (Even though the menu reads that it comes with the sauce. I ordered a Caesar salad and asked for pepper. The pepper arrived as I was sliding my empty salad plate away from me. I was looking forward to my steak medium-rare but it was raw in the center making it tough and hard to eat. Everything was very salty. When we received our check, they included three cocktails that we didn't order. The server said it picked up the drinks from the next table. That answer didn't make sense to any of us. Personally I'm not a fan of the area. Is what it is. We hit up a theme park and stayed nearby for 2 nights. With that said the vibe and food at this location was great! We all had steak and drinks. Food had good flavor, steaks were cooked perfect and the drinks were cold. More importantly the staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful. I have zero complaints. (We had eaten at claim jumper nearby the night before and it was disgusting. Plus their service was awful). In the future we will simply stick with Outback. You can't go wrong if it stays the way it currently is. If management happens to read this, we appreciate your staff. Thank you! And yes we tipped well!
Amazing experience! We were celebrating my brother's birthday, there were 9 adults and an infant. They sat us quickly, even though we were a fairly large group. They then asked us to change seats to the other side of the restaurant as the server taking care of the area where we were initially seated was running late. They comped 2 full appetizers for this very small inconvenience and our server was excellent! We were able to bring our own cake, they provided the candles and sang for my brother. Overall amazing experience!
Me and my wife really had a good experience at this location with ordering medium rare prime ribs. So I went again week after and host found seat next to bar. We were waiting for waitress to take our order for 20 minutes and nobody seems to coming by to bring us water or anything. We got so upset and left Restaurant. I believe waitress should improve customer service.
