Absolut schrecklicher Service! Sie bieten keine Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse an, es sei denn, sie können einen Server davon überzeugen, auf Tischen auf der Terrasse zu warten! Drei Personen an der Host-Station konnten nicht gemeinsam herausfinden, wie sie unsere Gruppe auf der Terrasse unterbringen sollten, obwohl bereits andere Personen auf der Terrasse speisten. Es gab auch viele leere Tische im Inneren. Sie sind so bemüht, ihre Server glücklich zu machen, dass es ihnen überhaupt nicht darum geht, ihre Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Zum Glück haben wir in Chino ein weiteres Steakhouse gefunden ... Das Tahoe Steak House war fantastisch. Vielen Dank, Outback, dass Sie so schrecklich ware...
Absolutely horrible service! They do not offer patio seating unless they can convince a server to wait on tables on the patio ! Three people at the host station couldn 't collectively figure out how to seat our party of 4 on the patio even though there were other people already dining on the patio. There were many empty tables inside, as well. They are so concerned with making their servers happy that they don 't care at all about pleasing their customers. Fortunately, we found another steakhouse in chino... Tahoe steak house was fantastic. Thank you, Outback, for being so terrible that you forced us to find a better place that values their customers.
