This place has really gone down the hill over the years. Recently went to the ledgewood location with my family. When got there we were sat right away, our waiter came by and order our drinks. Usually get water with lemon and our drinks came out with no lemons. Like 10 mins after we got our drinks I asked our waiter again for some lemons, and nothing came. Another 10 mins and my mom asked the waiter for lemons and he Siad that the runners bring them. So finally got the lemons and after waiting 20 mins for lemons our food came out. Our waiter seemed like he didnt care about his job, being forgetful like that. First my food the steak was over season and very Pepper. My wifes food was horrible....

New to the area and went for an afternoon date. We eat out a lot and this has been the first time in a very long time we had absolutely no complaints. The food, atmosphere, and service was exceptional. Thank you.
By far, this is the best restaurant in the area and the best restaurant franchise overall. Not only was the food great, but Darlene was really nice to us when she took our order. We've been coming here a lot.

Waiter was the best. Food loaded potato was not loaded. Woulda wish for more bacon and cheese otger than whip creme to hide lack of there of.
I have to compliment the waitress at the Ledgewood location, Daniella. She is wonderful and a great asset to Outback! Goes above and beyond.
Hands down best outback in the area. Our server David A was INCREDIBLE. Food was awesome but the server made the experience perfect.
Awsome restaurant not super crowded as I would have thought. Quickly got food and drinks brought and checked on by the waitstaff
