Came here for my birthday and was served by Corey. I have a chronic health condition (EoE) that results in about 40 different food allergies/intolerances. Eating at home is a daily challenge in itself so eating out is even more stressful due to the conversations I need to have with staff about my food, the limited options, and the symptoms I end up having anyway. Corey and the rest of the Outback team involved made my birthday dinner so easy, delicious, and stress free. He took note of my relevant allergies and communicated them to the cooks and I was able to get a wonderful meal tailored to my needs. After my meal arrived I realized halfway through eating my baked potato that to my dismay the potato was BAD! and I understand that it’s a vegetable BUT as terribly bad as it was, you couldn’t help but see it was rancid prior to cooking. The manager (KRISTY) made it like it was really NO BIG DEAL!! her attitude towards what I just ate was too relaxed. Our server (Talya) was absolutely mortified at the site of the potato. I don’t know how this manager could run a National restaurant, with little or NO empathy towards her customers. After spending $127 generous tip, I will NEVER return to this franchise restaurant.
Met up w/out of town friends for dinner time to visit. Burgers were great, husband had a sirloin grilled shrimp w/a Caesar salad baked potato, I really enjoyed a huge boneless fried chicken breast w/spicey roumelade drizzle (house salad loaded baked potato), my friend had a prime rib French dip sandwich salad. All our food came the same time was perfect; our server Alex was attentive w/out being too much so, cheerfully tended to us. We went on a Sunday evening, they weren 't busy, but everyone was 'on their game. ' OUTBACKs in our area are normally very consistent in product AND service.
Our Server was Cory/Kory Visited this Outback location today with my family of eight, including four children, and it was by far the best experience we 've had. The staff, from the greeters to the waiter and management, were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent customer service throughout. The food was promptly served and prepared to perfection, leaving us with no complaints. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a delightful dining experience for everyone. The food was marginal at best. Our steaks were both overcooked. We got probably the smallest blooming onion ever created, which was somehow overcooked on one side and a bit raw on the other side. The service was okay, not that attentive being how slow the restaurant was. We had to wait until our first course came out to even get silverware. The manager was nice and did compensate us a little after witnessing the overall poor outing we had.
They served me salmon that had gone bad. I thought it tasted different than it usually does and the texture was off but wasn’t sure until I got horrible food poisoning within an hour of eating here. Looked up what spoiled salmon tastes like and it was exactly how their salmon tasted. How dangerous for people with weaker immune systems.
Roxyi gave us excellent friendly service. The food was excellent. The manager Kristi was professional greeted us and greets most of the customer makes sure her customers are taken care of
