we were here from 14th to 24th of March 2023. Lets start with the good the room was good the bed was comfortable and our balcony on ground floor was next to quite pool. The breakfast was as you would expect and the staff were very attentive and polite. Now the not so good on arrival new system had been incorporated and staff were not comfortable with it,we were asked to pay for transfer from Airport 126 euros that was included in our golf package.After much deliberation and mumbled comments it was finally agreed we did not have to pay.We then left a pre authorisation on our card for 200 euros. the wonderful facilities, the well reproduced town square, the hallucinating reception, the fantastic rooms the very beautiful swimming pools, especially the salt water and the reproduction of a beach a singular detail. In general we enjoyed a wonderful stay, although there were some small details that devoured from a hotel of stars: if the pool closes at the hours why from the hammocks picking up a frightening noise that disturbs the tranquility? and the Italian restaurant the patio.....which disappoints, we ate frankly bad and did not have the wines that came out in a letter...I wish we would have gone to dine to the buffet and not.
perfect stay. facilities, spacious room, excellent service always with a smile. Even the shows! and breakfast with canary folklore in the square. You can't ask for more. My husband took me for my birthday to spend a night without children and could not be better choice, pity not to spend more than one night:
We ate here on evening as we were staying at a sister hotel. My mushroom pasta was not very tasty although the soup was unusual and pleasant. My husband had the steak and said it was one of the best he’d eaten !

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for what can only be described as muck. Manager apologised and offer an alternative but we declined and left. Avoid as not a la carte much better restaurants locally.
spectacular hotel in meloneras. in front of the sea with a special walk that reaches the lighthouse of maspalomas, incredible sunset. very recommended.
excellent attention and very good facilities, thalassotherapy is one of the best on the island and with beautiful sea views ... recommended
