Small - but fantastic menu card- with only top quality products. Mouthwatering dishes; all freshly made on order and just the best of the best ingredients are used. The beef tartar was the best we had in many years. Very attentive service. This hidden local restaurant in a suburb of Lugano is a real gem. Not cheap but every franc worth. We had the best meal at Oxalis during our Ticcino holiday.

I am now a consolidated and very much convinced client; one of the best places in Lugano region.It's a very good game restaurant but what I like the most is the filet with 7 different sauces (it is not cheap.. about chf 40) and the walnuts ice cream with nocino (noce nocino).
