In a rush I just wanted to pick up some hot soup on a rainy night. I had never been here but heard a lot about it. Being as this place was new to me I had a few questions regarding the ingredients as that is a real concern for me. The man at the front counter was completely rude and very annoyed that I was questioning him. Well just grabbed my soup which was ok... really not impressed with quality ...would not buy again. The main problem is the customer service. If you have a new customer that could turn into a repeat customer for years to come...you need to be a little more accommodating. One extra star because soup was hot ...not for flavor.
They’re pretty good when they’re open, but they close at random times and there’s no way to tell til you get there, so it’s kind of a roll of the dice. The door is sticky and the sign is never on so I always feel like I’m breaking in when I go by to check. I’ve never had anything but the pho, and it’s decent even if it does take a lot longer than you would expect for a bowl of soup to take. We’re in town for work and saw this place so we ordered online for takeout. Everything was done quickly and was super hot and fresh. We got the oxtail pho and the vermicelli with braised pork and spring roll. It was so good! I wish I lived closer cause I’d be here all the time. I only managed a picture on the way to the hotel because it got absolutely devoured as soon as we got back. Food: 5

My husband really enjoys the oxtail soup at this restaurant and the ambiance is quite charming. Just be prepared for a wait, as all the dishes are prepared fresh.
