Ozeki Sushi - Tisch reservieren

We love eating at Japanese restaurants and we enjoy the high level of customer service that accompanies the food. However this restaurant did not deliver on both fronts. Food ordered from the menu came out slow. We had to Followup with one of the staff...and it turned out that our order was not processed on their system for some reason. Staff seemed uninterested and I don’t recall them smiling at all when they served us Tonkatsu ramen broth is too seasoned, not worth the I have had instant noodles which would taste better. Ramen texture was good, however the broth was too salty and I couldn’t taste the tonkatsu broth flavour, the char Siu was was tender seemed like it was dry and over cooked...

Been loyal for this restaurant for quite sometime and have loyalty card with them. But went there in December to redeem the card and was surprised that the owner has been changed but still retaining the same name and they refused to accept the card....Very disappointed so won't go back to restaurant again.

Ozeki is now Sushi Rio. THEY WILL NOT HONOUR ENTERTAINMENT VOUCHERS. Sushi is no where near as good as it was when it was Ozeki. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It is now an average sushi train at best. Don't care that all plates are sizes and rubbish quality do not make this good value. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

Only came here once for sushi train but never again as there was a smell that stank as soon as we walked in. I came here again just to double check it wasn't my imagination but nope the stink was definitely there so I...left and have not been back since.

I recently had lunch here. Very disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. I tried many dishes and disliked them all. Menu is limited in comparison to city establishments.  Takoyaki was cold in the middle. Won't be returning..
