So Where do I start, been ordering from this place at least once a month for the past year always loved the food, been in a couple of times as well but my girlfriend had never been so decided to take her in for a date night and will 100% never go in again, I ordered the roshni chilli fish and the fish was rock hard so I complained to the waiter (in a nice manner) and he could see it was badly cooked, so he takes my meal and says he’ll get a new one for me, so my Mrs leaves her food to wait for mine only for mine to be brought back to me in a takeaway box (slightly confused) which took ages as well, so I said why isn’t it on a plate and he literally just stare...

Highlight areas like service, food quality, or cleanliness to provide feedback that could potentially lead to improvements. as me and my friend visiting this place she could taste bleach in her food which made her very ill and could of done serious damage as she could taste bleach in her meal so i would not recommed anyone to visit this place as this resturant has lost its standards and as the owner of this place looks like he very clueless and has no idea
We visit Ozmi indain restaurant a couple of times a month We thought we would try their Christmas menu for a change instead of turkey We had book in advance and paid our deposit but when we arrived we were told there wasnt a table for us as we weren't on the list My husband showed them his deposit receipt and all of a sudden we are on the list We didn't enjoy the meal today the food wasn't of the normal quality and we are disappointed We ended up leaving before we got to the pudding course of the meal What was a set menu cost us an additional £17 for 2 beers and a cold nan bread We won't be going back anytime soon
The food arrived 15 minutes late, and we ordered 2 meals: a mixed rogan Josh and a lamb rogan Josh. There were only four pieces of lamb in the rogan Josh, and both meals were cold. We had to heat them up in the microwave, even the pilau rice was cold. We have been using this restaurant for years without any problems until last night. We were very disappointed with the experience.

Absolutely awful atmosphere staff have no customer service skills .My husband politely asked the name of the waiter just being friendly for the waiter to say WHY ?? The waiter brought us the menu was asked what drink we wanted , before we could answer him he rushed off to accept a just eat order which he could have accepted after he had served us .We got up and left .
Came here this evening for Boxing Day 2021 meal there website was offering 25% off all food! The starters had no flavours The main course had no spice or heat barely any sauce which made the meal quite dry and very bland they denied us 25% off the meal We had asked on the phone booking they said the offer was 25% was available on the day.
Restaurant was very clean and not cramped at all Excellent service with no rush to get you to order, food was the best we have ever had and this has now become our favourite restaurant. No rush to get you out either to reset the table so we give this 5 stars out of 5 Would recommend Mark Whitfield
Arrived at 9.45 pm to a warm and friendly welcome.Excellent food at reasonable prices.Be aware they like you to pay in cash with only paper/handwritten copy of the bill.This indicated a touch of the Ken Dodd school of accountancy!! However,its the food that matters and a good atmosphere to boot!!

I visited this restaurant with my family for the first time and I will definitely return soon. The staff was very polite and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for some delicious Indian cuisine.
I went to this restaurant with 7 friends on December 18th. The food and service were excellent as always. I would recommend it.
