Stayed in Parksville for two nights and after our first breakfast at Pacific Brimm we decided to come back for breakfast the following morning as well. We were a party of 4 and ordered Brimm eggs Benedict, breakfast bowl and classic 2 eggs with sausages and home fries. The yoke was almost orange which makes me think they must be using free range organic eggs. The home fries were tasty and crispy. The portions are generous and both days we did not feel hungry until dinner time. The first morning we got at Pacific Brimm around 8 am and we had to wait a bit for the food. The second time we were bright and early (a bit after 7) and their merchant payment machine kept on giving errors. Recommenda...
Stopped in Parksville for a late lunch traveling from Victoria to Tofino. We had looked at the reviews and this seemed to be the best place in town for lunch - and if it isn't, it should be. Excellent sandwiches, quick and efficient counter staff and service was friendly with a big smile. Great food for the price, generous portions and too much of a good looking assortment of treats - we wanted to take them all with us. Definitely recommend stopping here!
We had the Installation for our Rotary club at "the Brimm". Theresa and her staff did an awesome job on our meal. There were several kinds of meat, vegetables and salads,but the highlight (for me) was the Roast Pig! The meat was moist and the skin nice and crunchy! The desserts included Black Forest cake lemon square, and blueberry pie.
Went there with my family and we had coffees and muffins. Both were lackluster...the coffee. mine a latte, lacked the normal pick-up flavour...a bit bitter. The place was dim and not that clean and the service was impersonal at best. Will not be back. There are better coffee shops in Parksville with light and life and taste. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This place has been around for a long time. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The food is always good. The baked goods beckon. Nice outside patio -- it's a cooker in the heat. They are also licensed. Great local place -- give 'er a go! Five for what it is.
The back patio is a lovely, shady place to sit in the summer and watch the birds that come to the feeders. I really enjoyed my latte but the brownie could have been better.
A small but quaint restaurant with good food & service. Lovely patio for enjoying your coffee & scone, or whatever. My friends & I visit The Pacific Brimm all year around.

Coffee ok, but have real breakfast options Eggs, bacon and toast are the most basic.
