Came for a couple slices of pizza on a Saturday,good selection overall to choose from. Greeted by amicable staff, quick service. Appreciate that they ask what you want while waiting in line so they can cook/heat it up while waiting to pay. Ambiance is good, isn't too loud inside and seating outside was also available. Size of the slices are big, enough to feed one person, and the white chicken and BBQ chicken wee tasty. Dough was cooked well, crunchy but soft. Price per slice is very reasonable. Lot and Street parking all around.
I visited this place twice during my stay in LA, and I can confidently say that they serve authentic NY-style pizza! The Sicilian square pizza was fantastic. The terrace is a great perk for enjoying a summer evening. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with some even being Italian! Thanks again, everyone! Kid-friendly: Yes.
The pizza has a great flavor, and the crust is excellent as well. It's not overly crunchy; just the right texture to savor. One slice of the thick crust is sufficient for an individual, as it tends to be quite doughy—perhaps even a bit too much. If the dough were slightly reduced, this pizza would be truly delightful.
Genuine NY pizza, thin, crust is awesome, sauce has great flavor. Very happy we found this place when we were close by. The current 4.6 stars rating does not give it due justice. Very good prices.

Paisano's is great. With excellent slices and excellent service, and this close to the beach, open late, it's no wonder they've been a local favorite for decades.
Staying in Hermosa for a super busy weekend and I find that I just keep coming back here at the end of the day. Dudes are super chill and make a great slice.
