A fantastic hotel. The location is ideal for moving around different places in Cantabria: close to the beaches and 20 minutes from Santander, Suances, Santillana... The Palace is beautiful and the reform that has been done to transform it into a hotel is ideal and very respectful. The rooms are luxurious (we asked for a simple one and it is a very spacious room with a fully equipped bathroom, including a hydromassage bathtub). In addition, from it we could see the imposing entrance to the Palace. It has parking, so there is no problem if you go by car. Access from the motorway to the town is easy and fast and, in addition, the hotel is located right on the entrance curve, so it is not lost....
I have been to the restaurant several times and the truth is that it never disappoints. Apart from being a beautiful place, the food is very good and the last time I went for a celebration, we ordered the executive menu, which was spectacular, for 35 euros per person.
