Not wanting anything substantial to eat for lunch we called in here for a bite to eat and were glad we did so. We sat on an outside table and we were immediately welcomed by the waitress in a warm and friendly manner. We were given a full menus which was extra to the sandwich’s displayed on the board outside. We chose a Greek Salad and a Hawaiian pizza to share between the two of us. a gentleman who we think is the chef brought the salad out first which came beautifully presented in a large bowl, more than enough for two, plenty of feta cheese and really fresh ingredients. What a gem!! This is the real deal. We came across this fabulous restaurant by chance. We visited it three times during our 10 day stay in Tenerife even though we were staying a good distance away. It was more than worth it. Apparently they re-jigged their menu only about three months ago. They serve the very best of authentic Italian cuisine. The starters, mains, salads and desserts are all incredible. We tried a wide range of their offerings during our visits and were impressed every time, beautiful flavours that would be hard to beat. Is the first time we've been here. Staying in the hotel Royal Hideaway Corales, just 200 metres walking. La Cava is a typical Italian no-nonsense atmosphere restaurant. Honest Italian cuisine with very good flavours and correct price. Staff was very friendly and our waitress Leila made our evening and experience complete by her lovely service. Definitely will come back to this place to enjoy an informal dinner evening in the best atmosphere.
Un gran hallazgo en La Caleta. La pizza es increíble. Correcto a la piedra horneado y recién hecho. Regresé para almorzar pasta y quedé igualmente impresionado. La fachada dice Italian Corner , pero en el interior nada es realmente italiano. Tanto la comida como el helado no lo son y quizás eso sea lo mejor. ¡Todavía sillas muy cómodas!
Tuvimos una cena italiana muy agradable seguida de un buen helado. El personal fue muy amable y atento. ¡Rápido, fácil y lo más importante a los niños les encantó!
Paramos de casualidad para tomar un refrigerio. Al final recurrimos a las pizzas Delicioso, bien cocinado y bien condimentado, recomendado.
