I’m not sure where to start with the poor service, snotty wrist/shirt and incredibly wrong food served and I can’t give negative so I have to give I’ll start at the beginning, we ordered two coffees with raw sugars each, a short stack...swapping one plain for a chocolate pancake, a regular stack, both with extra butter and maple syrup and also a side of crispy bacon. When we sat down my side of the booth seat was filthy so I sat to the edge. After placing the order, my partner said, we will not get what we ordered, she didn’t write half the stuff down. I tried the vegan options out of curiosity (I'm not actually vegan, but I am trying the cut down on my fair intake). I had the Devonshire pancakes and they were a little below averagw overall. What flavour is the vegan ice cream supposed to...be? All of the options say vegan ice cream' like duh, I'm already on that part of the menu. It's so there should be way more options for vegan ice cream flavours, shouldn't there? I think it is either coconut flavoured or coconut based because that's mostly what I tasted...wasn't terrible, but, I was led to believe it was probably vanilla vegan ice-cream. I mean if it was then I certainly couldn't taste it! I also don't think pancakes are a minute wait...
A week ago on a Thursday night, I caught up with a good friend who recently came back from her 2 months holiday. We decided to stop by Pancake Manor for some sweets and savoury.
Making an arrival around 8:30-9pm the place still had a few tables occupied with diners. Acknowledged by a staff and we were soon given a seat in one of their sofa booths. Since we already had some sort of idea what we were going to order, the menu didn't last long on our table. We decided on the Wedges with Sweet Chilli/Sour Cream Sauce and the Macadamia Madness Pancakes.
10-20mins later, our food arrives and the servings were quite generous.

For the first time I finally experienced the Pancake Manor and those pancakes everyone talked about so much. It probably won't be the last but I can't see myself coming here often because it seems like such a sweet, indulgent treat. I had a simple bowl of wedges before my pancakes but my partner had some chicken crepe type meal that he enjoyed. The pancakes are definitely the main attraction but it's nice that their main meals can be delicious too.
One thing to critique is the presentation, especially with the crepe main. Also, with my banana pancakes having the bananas sliced and faced up didn't seem as nice of an option as having them turned the other way and piled together but that didn...
A little bit disappointed with the visit to the Mt Gravatt outlet. We ordered the Seafood Crepes and the Orange and Chocolate Pancakes. The crepes did not feel fresh and were quite dry. The filling was quite ordinary and so it wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped. The Pancakes were fluffy and the combination of fresh oranges and chocolate felt quite refreshing and much better than the crepes.
The service was amicable and we were well taken care of by the very attentive staff.
Being winter we chose to sit inside which had a classic diner like setup and with warm white lighting felt quite nice on a cold winter night.
I'm very happy when they opened one here cause I don't have to go to city anymore if I craved for their pancake
Since we were all just wanted to nibble so we only ordered one pancake to share and our choice was the Blackforest Cherry
Pancakes were fluffy and served warm topped with vanilla and choc ice creams and castor sugar. Cherries were generously served beside the pancakes. Very satisfying high tea and tasted just like I used to eat
I had breakfast here the other day and it was amazing. Very reasonably priced. I had two huge pancakes, a few pieces of bacon, an egg and a large orange juice for under $15. Would definitely recommend for pancake lovers like myself

Terrible service. Waited hours for pancakes and asked several times where our order was to then be told our order had been cancelled. They weren’t even that busy. Many tables waiting for food. Will never return.
