The food was excellent, though the prices were higher than I anticipated. While a few employees provided good service, one staff member wearing a hoodie with the hood up did not come off as very professional and seemed unfriendly. It gave the impression that she didn’t want to be at work. In a food service setting, attire like that doesn’t convey cleanliness and professionalism. On the bright side, the restaurant itself was well-maintained.
The restaurant appeared dusty and unkempt, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness. It seemed as if nothing had been cleaned in months; there were layers of dust on the walls, signs, and shelves, as well as grease marks on various surfaces. The bathrooms were in a particularly unpleasant state. Overall, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen and the behind-the-scenes areas.
A co-worker told me I need to check this place out. I liked the idea of a better than Chipotle restaurant close to me. The staff all seamed upset to be there and didn't care to help me. I stood at the counter watching people waking around ignoring me. A pile of floor dirt was swept into the pile and left in the walk way. I was not acknowledged at all so I left and went to Chipotle.
Made so many errors on our order. Had to use the app but then order would bit accept free chips coupon so had to order from website. 5 errors and missing items all on one order. This was our first and probably last visit. Not worth it and 4 shrimp on the taco with dried out flour tortilla. Not impressed at all. Go elsewhere. Zantigo across the street was better. Love the burritos here. Homeade fresh tortillas. You can't beat that! Update: it’s been a while since I left the first review and we came back today, the food is still amazing they also have a few new staff members, they are super friendly and make your experience amazing. The food is still delicious!
Normally food is great but for whatever reason, each ordered meal had the bare minimum regarding the meat. Including the bowel with paid extra meat. The queso was extremely watery with one chunk of stuck together cheese sitting at the bottom of the little container. Total disappointment...
Both burritos were excellent. For the vegetarians out there, be aware that the tofusada can look very much like meat. We had to investigate a few pieces before we found one that could be confirmed as tofu.
If youre comparing the bowls to chipotle as an alternative. They definitely dont taste similar. I dont know how to explain it other then super sour? Not bad though I enjoyed it! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
