I've been stalking this place on Instagram for a little while now. Luckily, a friend offered to accompany me for Taco Tuesday, so I could finally check it out. The menu was super cute because it looked like a marble composition book. I liked the Day of the Dead decor. We had the nacho appetizer, which is really big. My friend doesn't eat meat, so we asked for carnitas on the side. The cheese sauce was delicious, and the pickled onions were very tasty. My friend had the cauliflower tacos dinner. We ordered Birria Tacos, Shrimp Tacos, elote corn, and a cauliflower burrito (they forgot our guacamole), along with quesadillas. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous, even without the guacamole. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because of the queso and chips. The chips were fantastic, but the queso was disappointing – it tasted more like blended refried beans than cheese. It lacked the creamy texture and pull that you expect from queso, which was quite strange. Unfortunately, it ended up in the garbage since no one enjoyed it. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this place out; it’s a fun spot with great food!
Today, the service from the heavyset server/host was quite disappointing. Not only was she unfriendly, but she also didn’t greet us at all. She simply placed the food on the table without a word. It’s a shame because the food was really good, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. It’s clear that she is not quite suited for a job in the restaurant industry.
I paid $11 for the smallest portion of Elote (street corn in a cup). The Mojo Pollo Taco Bowl was dry and poorly assembled. I've ordered from here several times before, and I've never had an experience like this, but today was disappointing. The price is reasonable, but not for such a small serving of corn.

Overall, the Mexican food was really good. However, the chicken was a bit dry, and the burritos didn’t come with a side of salsa as mentioned on their website and when I called to confirm. The portions were huge, which made it worth it, but I was disappointed that there was no salsa!
We've ordered takeout from this place three times, and it has been consistently fantastic! Be sure to try their guacamole; it's absolutely delicious. All of the tacos, burritos, and other dishes are fresh, arrive at the right temperature, and are perfectly seasoned.
Pancho is my favorite Mexican restaurant. My top choice on the menu is their carnitas tacos; they are consistently juicy and packed with flavor. I make it a point to enjoy them every Tuesday!
I've been to this location a few times and have ordered a few different things. My favorite are the birria tacos and churros. Delish!

This place is awesome! Staff is very friendly, great atmosphere, food is amazing. The chef reminds me of Robbie Shapiro.
