On Monday, August 15th, I went out for dinner with my mom and little sister around 5:00 p.m. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the girl taking our order at the front. When we requested to wait for additional vegetables in the broccoli platter, she seemed irritated and laughed with her coworkers while making whispered comments. Then, she jokingly stated, “I should just give them all broccoli,” and proceeded to give us nothing but broccoli. I decided to pick up dinner from this restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. The employee served very small portions of each item, barely even a scoop. The rice and noodles seemed old and unappetizing. We waited five minutes for a fresh beef dish, but when it was ready, the employee used the tiny amount of leftover food instead of the fresh item we had been waiting for. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until we got home. Typically, we have enough leftovers from previous visits to enjoy a second meal, but the small quantity we received was not worth keeping. Overall, the food was disappointing, and we will likely not return to this particular location.
Server was very unfriendly and impatient. Many dishes were not available at 1 pm and what was available had been under the heat lamp for a while. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Soda was warm and no ice available. We pointed out a cockroach onthe floor by the soda fountain to the server. He threw his arms up, said so it 's a cockroach and went back to serving. Whenpointing it out to the cashier he got someone to remove it. Definitely not visiting this panda express again.
Food was hot and tasty. The staff manager was efficient in running a challenging location. Due to staff shortages there was no seating and we waited in line for a good 20 minutes as some staff kept needing help at her register. Despite the stress of the situation the staff were friendly. We felt like they were doing their best amid these challenges. Please plan on maybe not having a quick in and out or sitting inside to eat.

I've been here half a dozen times and this has to be the laziest Panda Express I've been to. Often super long lines (I've waited over an hour), online ordering doesn't work for this location, they are often out of food (I just tried to order and they only had chow mei and rice), they always have their seating blocked off, and they close earlier than the other locations. Very poorly managed.
Loved the speedy service and the fact they were on the ball with our online order and didn't mind the ask for extra sauce. It was a big order but she delivered enough fortune cookies plus one without asking. Thanks Panda! Did I mention they had stuff instock when we ordered online. The other two locations were out of stock on almost anything.
Came here for dinner and ordered a plate. I got fried rice,chow mein, orange chicken and sweet and fire chicken. Got home, opened up my container and only saw fried rice. Did I mention I stood in line for an hour and a half? Yeah waste of money and time. I know it's only a fast food restaurant but come on.

This Panda Express is quite decent. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve updated my rating to five stars because I’ve noticed improvements.
The food is fantastic, and the service is prompt and welcoming. We particularly enjoy the teriyaki chicken and walnut shrimp!
