Have been here a couple of times and it is unlike other Panda Express locations.The food is always lukewarm. As if they burners under the food are not turned on. They seem to have minimal staff, one order taker and two cookers when we were there. The order taker had to call back and get one of the cookers out front as she was overwhelmed by phone in orders. The taste of the food differs from other locations. More mild in flavor. Then there were the other issues.There was no plastic cutlery to use for eat in customers. You had to go back to the server. The woman at the front, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. I had placed a carryout order that wasn’t ready when I arrived after 8 PM, and having not eaten all day, I was quite hungry. I kindly asked if I could sample a piece of orange chicken, and to my surprise, she offered me a small container of it and even asked if I wanted a cup for a drink. This gesture was completely unexpected and incredibly generous. After a tough day at work, her hospitality truly made my week.
As for the food at Panda Express, it’s casual, comforting American Chinese cuisine that you simply can’t go wrong with.
The restaurant was beautiful and clean. The food is old. The cashier was Jasmine. Jasmine said it would be 15 minutes before the chicken would be ready. After 28 minutes passed, I asked her if it was ready. She acted annoyed that I inquired. When our food was ready, she put it in a bag and left it on the counter next to the cash register. She didn’t even tell us that it was ready. We waited 28 minutes for our food! That’s too long. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was standing behind me, making bad gestures. This was a bad experience at Panda Express.
I am the uber driver and was supposed to pick up the order, but it was not ready. The staff politely asked me to wait 10 minutes. I sat down and waited for my order.Five minutes later they gave me my order and as a bonus they gave me a delicious bowl of chicken and rice for free! Thanks to the Panda staff for their ability to behave with customers! The woman at the checkout was very kind and polite to me!I will come back to this place again

I absolutely can't stand corporate greed! If you're going to sell something than sell it for what it's worth and quit trying to rip people off! I ordered an orange chicken bowl and it was 90% rice and 10% chicken. Never get carry out from Panda Express. What a joke of a company
I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this restaurant. While I’m not coming for healthy options, the orange chicken is definitely worth it. They typically employ friendly staff and maintain a clean environment. I’ll definitely be returning!
This is hands down the worst Panda Express location in the area. Every single time I've been there something is wrong or gross. Clearly needs new management or something. Avoid, go to literally any other location.
Asian employee gives bad actitude and service to customers doesn't fill up the drinks when order is for pick up , doesn't put any fork or spoon in the bag, ppl can't eat panda food with hands ?

This is a lovely restaurant. It's quiet and clean, with an outstanding staff. However, at its core, it’s still a Panda Express. Did I mention how great the staff and service are?
Very good, friendly service and the food was great as always.
