I been to this location multiple times and have seen them put chairs blocking the drive thru even though they 're open. Yesterday I went there SURPRISE chairs in the drive thru again. I went inside knowing they were open, we overheard the workers complaining that an online order had come through and they thought they had shut it off . Now I could understand if something is wrong with their website or online ordering for the need to shut this off but judging that there 's four male workers inside just hanging out and chairs blocking the drive thru.. it 's pretty obvious what 's happening here.
This was my first time dining at Panda Express. I ordered the orange chicken, a beef entrée with rice, and a drink, all for less than $10. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and tasty, although not as hot as I prefer. We dined in on the night we visited. We had to request napkins because the dispenser was empty, and the ice machine appeared to be either empty or not working. The restaurant was clean, with plenty of free parking. I plan to return for takeout and reheat the food at home.
Lots of complaining from people expecting this to be a 5 star restaurant.This Panda is fantastic. Yes, they're out of food sometimes late in the night and they close the lobby earlier because they're short staffed (as everyone is), but the food is always good and the service is always pleasant.Don't listen to the Karens reviewing this place. It's a good spot unless you're the type of person to come in 30 minutes to close and expect a full spread to be available.
I asked for double beef in my beef and broccoli dish, making it clear that I did not want double broccoli. I reiterated this request twice, but unfortunately, my order only had 2.7 oz of beef, which is less than half of what I needed. The lady at the window was friendly, but I was disappointed that my meal did not meet my dietary needs. It seems that a regular portion of beef in this dish is actually less than 1.5 oz.

The drive-thru and inside dining often seem to be closed for various reasons. Today, the drive-thru was shut down with two chairs blocking the entrance. When I approached the door, an employee informed me that they were only offering drive-thru service. After the chairs were moved by a staff member, I waited at the speaker for five minutes before my order was taken. Food rating: 3/5.
I’ve eaten at this Panda on three different occasions now. Every single time the drive thru is unimaginably slow. This place has a severe management issue. I thought it may have been an employee shortage but it’s taken an hour for a small order now and I see at least 5 workers running around minimum…
Always a good experience. Rosi even knows my order and that I like clinks. Wonderful employees. Worked because I have a wrong order. New people work and gave me fried rice instead of super green. Very disappointing to come home and have half a meal, I won't even eat instead of what I ordered.
They send out deals via email, but when you go to use them, they say, "Oh, that's only valid if you order through the app," and the person in front of me had the same issue. So clearly, it's not just me. I've decided to take a break from Panda Express and won't be returning for a while.

Terrible they served me poorly cooked raw rice, I went to complain and they changed it for noodles or spaghetti worse than rice, I will never return to this place the employees are trying hard to make the store go bankrupt
This review focuses solely on the seafood boil, as I haven't sampled any other dishes here. The seafood boil is excellent and offers incredible value for the price.
