I mean.....its Panda Express so. Its not fine dining. Its a chain with poor to mediocre food at best. Also, I'm still bitter that the fast casual chinese place Noodles over by rainmaker never reopened because their food was bomb. It was also open late. Panda is in the mall section at Foxwoods so it closes at like 20:00 or 21:00 On the plus, the staff made a fresh batch of broccoli beef per my request since they were out. On the minus, I joined the rewards club while eating but couldn't get my free gift of an apple pie wanton thingy but they had no more!I would probably go again if craving chinese at Foxwoods. The other fast options other than subway, suck. Subway sucks too, but its tolerable...
Panda Express: A Pleasant Surprise! During my latest visit, I only ordered a Coke and a side of crab rangoon, but the experience turned out to be truly delightful. The staff were outstanding, demonstrating impressive efficiency and a strong work ethic that really showed in their service. The establishment was immaculate, highlighting their commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. The crab rangoon was delicious, and the Coke was, as always, a refreshing classic. Panda Express showed that even a modest order can make a significant impact!
I've often found that the bowls are never filled, and sometimes they're even out of rice. They're frequently out of sesame chicken as well, and the restaurant is usually quite empty. I’ll update my review once I can actually order what I want without being turned away or having to settle for something else.
When you only have 6 entrees available, and nothing cooking and three of those six entrées are premium maybe you should rethink charging to take care of the customer by offering those premium entrées and not charging extra.
