First off, the chow mein was far from al dente—it was overcooked and quite mushy. The super greens were also overcooked, leaving them soft and unappetizing. The chicken egg rolls were nearly burned, showing signs of charring.
As for the orange chicken, which is usually a highlight at Panda, it was incredibly spicy. It seemed like someone added two to three times the normal amount of crushed red pepper. I could handle it at first, but halfway through, I had to give up on the orange chicken completely.
While I can overlook one bad dish, having all four components of my meal be disappointing is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.
The young lady who fixed my food was so nice, I'm sorry i did not get her name. Elsa, the woman who checked me out was rude and should not be working with the public if she's going to talk to customers the way she does. I had asked for sauce after I paid. Elsa handed me some but only one sweet and sour. So I waited for her to come back. When she finally came back over to me she told me to move out of the next customers way. Rude!!!!! I'll make sure everyone I know never goes back here. And the rice was hard. This whole order sucked.
Parking: No handicapped parking spaces. Restaurant door on the side where the parking lot is, it's locked. Have ro walk all the way around. This really stinks when you're handicapped. It would increase business if we could actually visit the restaurant. Unless you don't care about handicapped people?
The food has absolutely changed. I ordered the pepper steak and fire shrimp, orange chicken, half rice and noodles. Not pleased at all it wasn't very tasty. Also waited 15min because they had to prepare the food. The employees did apologize for the wait and had good customer service.

Second time this place takes long to complete orders. Over five people waiting more than 15 minutes and looks so unorganized.Other panda locations haven’t had this problem but definitely never getting panda ever again. $20 for this experience is outrageous.
I’m very disappointed with my orders today. I usually order from this location and never have any issues, however, this time around the fried rice was very OVERCOOKED and tasteless. A complete waste of money.
Ridiculous wait times, they don’t even have food ready anymore they just make you wait for the food to be cooked as you order. 20 mins of waiting and no one was getting any food yet.
Food is typically good here but today I walked in at 2:10pm and the lady who attended me gave me attitude for no reason. Maybe next time hire staff that do enjoy working there.

The employees measure out chicken in a serving cup like they are weighing out kilos of Columbian bam bam. Just scoop it and serve it bro. Don’t be a panda hero.
This place had delicious food such as the honey walnut shrimp, I would definitely come here again! Kid-friendliness: Staff is pretty friendly
