It took a long time for them to prepare the food and serve everyone, yet they still ended up providing undercooked chicken, which is extremely risky for health, especially for pregnant individuals. I urge anyone who dined there today to be cautious and seek medical advice if necessary, as undercooked food can lead to food poisoning with many potential complications. I fear that if other diners received the same hastily prepared meals, they could also be at risk. For the sake of other pregnant women and all customers, I sincerely hope this situation is addressed. Please take food safety more seriously in the future.
The food I received was cold! I was unable to reach anyone during the delivery process. I had to drive there myself and explain that I was missing one extra sauce I paid for. I also ordered the cream cheese beer dough, but they informed me that while they had eaten two of them, they could only replace one. With no other options available, that was the only thing I could eat. I will never return to this place. The staff laughed and chatted among themselves, and it felt like they were indifferent to the quality of their service and the food they served. Their behavior came off as racist, and they clearly didn't care about their customers.
my experience on the day I visited was okay. I went in to order because after reading some reviews published here I wanted to see for myself. the waiting staff was polite and it was not very busy when it arrived. the honey chicken has just been taken out so that it has been freshly prepared. I noticed that the supergreens were not available. I had a buy that gets a free license for bowls. the other court I ordered was oranges huh for my daughter. I also bought crab leaves that were not sweet, but salty. my first visit and I think I'm staying with authentic Chinese food.
The food looked fresh and delicious, just remember looks can be deceiving and in this case it couldn't be further from the truth! This had to be the worst Chinese food I have ever tried to eat. 70.00 family dinner money wasted. Lesson learned, will not return. It would be nice if they take the time to listen when you order on drive thru. Rather ringing up my order two separate bills. Also try to make sure the order is correct and not rushed. I like panda Express but the one star is on the person on the headset and the person who does quality check. Not necessarily bad food just that each location varies.
1st time at this place. eating was amazing. I have uploaded pictures of the selection and some maybe close to empty, but not for long. they cooked fresh asap, but the customers came through. jamie and hailey took care of us.
It’s alright they give you good portions of food but if it’s not hot it’s not as good, sometimes the rice have little hard pieces in it or the noodles are kinda dry. I would eat again just rather the food be fresh

I ordered chow mein with my meal. Even though I just saw it come off the line, it was room temp at best. My wife's brown rice was cold, too.
