The girls working there do a fantastic job. However, there is an older man, working with the food who I watched for 5-6 mins . He was making sandwiches and wiped down the counter , then touched a trash can to throw what he wiped in there, and right after continued to touch the ingredients of the food , then fixed his glasses and his hair and continued to make the sandwiches without changing his gloves. That’s disgusting.I completely lost my appetite and I shared a complaint with one of the girls and hopefully they resolved it. But seriously gross. Germs spread like crazy, people are eating this food …Also the portions are REALLY small compared to other locations .
This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and it was just alright. The only aspect I didn't enjoy was that during my meal, a male employee kept passing by our table, seemingly checking on how long I was taking. He approached me right after I had eaten half of my sandwich and asked if I wanted it to go, promptly starting to wrap it up along with my apples. It felt like we were being hurried to finish our lunch, even though there were plenty of available seats. Overall, it wasn't a great first experience.
Food tasted great. Service was fine. I enjoy the self-order kiosks. Gives me the time to customize my order without feeling rushed by those behind me. The kiosks work well and are easy to use. The price is high for how much food you get. Spending $8-10 on a bowl of soup or half a sandwich is pricey. Me and the wife spent over $30 for 2 bowls of soup and a half sandwich. Thing could improve with price portions.I will say, the unlimited Drink pass/subscription is 100% worth it.
I wish I could give 10 stars! My mother has a horrible cold and all she wanted was Panera soup. I got a sharing size, their largest size for her. Micheal the manager was beyond sweet when I had to keep running to the car for change. When I came in he made it the most optimistic atmosphere. The ladies in the back and the manager kept telling me to tell my mom to feel better. Plus everything was so clean. They really were awesome!! 10 stars!! Thank you! ?

I had an amazing experience at Panera! The customer service was outstanding, with staff showing kindness to the homeless. The food was absolutely fantastic—I was really impressed. And the coffee? Wow! It exceeded my expectations for my first time there. I might have to look into their $8.99 unlimited coffee subscription because the coffee is truly heavenly! Thank you, Panera, for a wonderful visit!
We visited during the peak of the lunch rush, and the place was extremely busy. The staff did an excellent job of keeping everyone informed about wait times, which helped manage expectations. Our food arrived as quickly as possible and was delicious. We also enjoyed their new summer drinks— the Mango drink was a big hit with our family!
Service is good. Pastries need to come down, in price. Coffee needs taken care of regularly! The coffee does get old. But most importantly, you guys need two cashiers, at a time, especially if you're going to ask a person if he/she wants to add an item. This only invites more questions and more time standing, to order.
I’ve tasted their food, and it's quite good. Without a doubt, you should come here for the coffee! It’s consistently excellent, and it quickly becomes a habit to grab a coffee whenever you stop by. Joining the club is definitely worth the cost, in my caffeinated opinion.
