This review reflects my experiences at multiple Panera locations over the past year, not just this one. While the food is decent and the service is generally good, I've encountered a significant issue: by 4 PM, they often run out of nearly every type of bread. Each time we've gone for dinner, they've been out of most of their specialty breads. Just last night, my wife wanted soup in a bread bowl, but they were completely out. I tried to order a Bacon Turkey Bravo, but there was no tomato bread available. I even asked for a Toasted Steak Cheddar, only to find they were out of ciabatta as well.
In short, it might be best to avoid Panera for dinner, as you'll likely find them lacking many men...
First time coming to this location, the service wasn't the greatest waited about 15minutes for a cup of soup just be patient as things are still not the norm. The soup is very good got the cream of chicken wild rice. Overall the food is good just the service needs to be a little better, understanding that everyone is suffering still from the pandemic and not having a full staff of workers. If your looking for good food come here, the price is above what you are getting due to the pandemic and food costs are going up so expect that. They have a nice variety of foods from soups to panini,and sandwiches and more.
Came in for a quick breakfast with the family had the best experience at this Panera location! I originally wanted broccoli cheddar soup but was told that it would not be ready for 20 minutes so I settled on a bagel. After I finished eating my food, Rick the manager came out and gave me a free complimentary soup with a side of bread. This was the most amazing gesture costumer service my family and I have ever experienced! Rick was extremely kind showed how much care he gives his customers. We will 100% be coming back to this location because of Rick his kindness. He is the definition of an amazing manager.
My husband and daughter believe this place is excellent for soup when they're feeling under the weather. We visited yesterday, and despite not feeling great ourselves, we tried the sandwich that received a five-star rating. We definitely plan to come back!

Good service and clean. Still hoping Panera ups its coffee game and adds oatmilk and better espresso at some point at parent company level but otherwise this location was solid.
What's the point of offering me the choice to forgo utensils if you're just going to disregard it and send me home with extra waste to recycle?
As always Panera has great soup and sandwiches. But, this visit was a long wait for my order to be prepared.
