The customer service was lacking during my visit. The restaurant's layout is quite cramped, particularly at the entrance. The kiosks were also problematic; Panera should update them to ensure that customers receive a receipt immediately after payment, rather than waiting until after they've received their food. I ordered a drink but didn’t get a receipt. Since all the drinks are self-serve, I still had to go to the cashier, who might suspect you're trying to take something without paying if you don't have proof of purchase. It's essential to provide that receipt right after the payment to avoid confusion, especially if there's an issue with your food order. What if they forget to prepare it?...
This is not my first problem with order correctness at this store. But yesterday I ordered a breakfast sandwich online and went to pick it up. When I got home I found that the breakfast sandwich was missing the egg. Kinda important for a breakfastsandwich. So I called the store... no answer. The phone rang out. I tried again, same result. This store is not busy (I was justthere) and I 'm calling the number on the website. So I 'm a bit miffed and I decide to call the corporate office. It was a great day. I used my 50% off members awards card on the flat bread. It was the last day of the special. I would say that I would have never ordered a flat bread at Panera because I eat pizza at so many great Italian restaurants. But it was a good deal. I thought it was good, but for me, it lacked some seasonings. I'm going to eat the left overs with some eggs, peppers and onions and add on some more cheese and spices for breakfast. My Fuji Apple salad was really good. I'll be back again soon and get my usual pick two.. I love the broccoli cheddar soup and the steak sandwich without the pickled onions. So good! Enjoy
Panera has gone down in their standards over the years and it?s so sad. This location is by far the dirtiest I have ever been to. Panera used to have a standard of cleanliness in the dining room, booths used to look polished, tables wiped and floorsmoped. The drink dispensers look like they haven?t been cleaned in months and the whole place reeks of mold. It?s sodisappointing because I used to love coming but now I wouldn?t come in unless I brought my own cleaning supplies.

The staff at this location could use more support. It’s always quite hectic here. The food presentation needs improvement, and diners should receive the right utensils. I was given a plastic spoon for my soup and salad, and I had to search for a fork and napkins. Additionally, I had to request a cup. Clearly, the team is overwhelmed and could benefit from extra assistance.
Strawberry blueberry poppy salad with chicken This is the half salad(from the you pick 2) it was very good but I wouldn't add the chicken next time. The chicken seemed more like cold cuts than grilled chicken. The salad and fruit were excellent.
This is a nice, clean, and well-lit café with excellent coffee! I just wish the coffee cups and lids were easier to access, but I understand why they are kept behind the counter. It's also a great spot for a quiet work meeting.
Panera Bread is my top choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I appreciate it for its delicious soups and extensive selection of sandwiches. Additionally, watching the bread being made is a delightful bonus.

During my holiday in New Zealand, this restaurant became my favorite spot. I enjoyed some quality time with my daughter and absolutely adored the delicious salads and paninis they served.
Good coffee, Good friendly service. The baked goods are great. The ceasar salad was fresh. I like their broccoli cheddar cheese soup. I wish they would get organic produce is all.
