The food at this restaurant is quite tasty, but the staff here could use some enhancement. I've had numerous issues with them getting my order wrong—it's happened so many times that I’ve lost count. I've received the wrong sides or sometimes none at all, and there was a time when my bread bowl came without any bread. On one occasion, they even mixed up parts of my order with someone else's! And all of this was just for individual orders! On a positive note, if they do make a mistake with your order, you can expect a complimentary dessert as compensation.
The food here is pretty good, but the staff at this location appears to be quite disorganized. They have made mistakes with my order several times, such as giving me the wrong side, forgetting the bread for my bread bowl, and even mixing up items with other customers' orders. These issues have occurred repeatedly, and I typically only order for myself. On a positive note, they do provide a complimentary dessert if they get your order wrong.
I bought 3 sandwiches and 2 bowls of soups yesterday. Not only the quantity of soup was less, There was no croutons and when I asked for one the lady there just kept looking at me. Finally she Just gave one. It was a rapid pick up and was not even ready at the pick up time.Not happy with service at all

The staff at Panera Bread is always friendly. Today, when I ordered breakfast after 10 am, a young lady checked with the manager to accommodate my request. I was happy to receive my order, and the food from their menu was fresh and tasty.
The ordering process is easy and intuitive. I really loved the new chicken sandwich and would highly recommend trying it out. They also have a wide variety of salads that can be customized to suit your tastes.
The service here could definitely use a more friendly approach. I've been sitting at my table for over 20 minutes waiting for my food, and my coffee has already gone cold. I don't think I'll be returning.
The staff at Panera Bread are excellent. Occasionally, the app might show your order as ready when it’s not, but when I mention it to an employee, they promptly resolve the issue.
