I have no idea how this location has a rating above 1 star. My office is literally in walking distance and we 've had to stop ordering their catering service because they can never deliver on time. A few days ago we decided to give them one last try. Ordered lunch for 6 people the order was placed around 11:30 it was not delivered until 2pm. Not only was the order delivered extremely late but it was incorrect. They sent out some gift coupons for $15 for the inconvenience last week. I decided to test one of them yesterday and was meet with confusion and attitude from person working the register. Panera has definitely gone downhill. This location was not very clean. I went to order but the ordering kiosks showed that most items were sold out. So i asked an employee, What do you actually have. She mentioned that they had the kiosks set that way so the store wouldnt get too busy. Thats stupid to me. The store had hardly anyone in it. Plus there were four workers just sitting around chatting. There were only 2 people actually working. One taking orders and one fixing orders. Once I received my order, it was incorrect. Before leaving, I made sure I had the correct number of items but hadn 't opened anything up. When I was home, I noticed I had been given the wrong kind of soup. I tried c...
Third, my breakfast sandwich was quite subpar. The egg was crammed into one corner and was overly broken apart, there was only a tiny piece of avocado, and it lacked any seasoning—no salt or pepper. Additionally, the spinach was completely separated from the sandwich and kept in the container. Lastly, my Madagascar Latte was a letdown as well; it had no flavor at all. I was not expecting such a bland latte. I have always loved this restaurant, but having visited this particular location for the first time, I doubt I will return again.
I really appreciate the store manager tonight on making me a coffee for my manager while I’m at work. She went above and beyond for me. As for the girl with blue hair, she was rude and said “the coffee was out of stock and the store was closed,” when it was only 8:50. And how I “could talk to her manager.” I get it, working in retail isn’t enjoyable, but I really did not appreciate her attitude and how she wasn’t willing to help me. Glad they’re back fully functioning although the staff remains checked out. I think the people working the front have become too reliant on the self-service tablets. The tablets are great when you want a simple kitchen order and fountain drink but if you come after the morning rush, you’ll wait a while just to get a pastry. I think the tablets make the service staff feel that they don’t need to tend to guests during slow hours. I consistently find that coffee pots are left either empty or stale after 12pm.
Food was good. But my GOODNESS, this place is FILTHY!! No one cleaning tables and I’ve been sitting here for nearly an hour. Booths in disrepair, Food crumbs all over the floor, table tops are all filthy, drinking station is so gooped up with grime, you don’t even want to touch it. The pay station machines don’t work, no pagers in stock. Bathrooms are FILTHY. YUCK!!!! I hope the kitchen isn’t as filthy as the dining section. Will not be returning. Shame.
When I got home and unwrapped my turkey sandwich, I was shocked to find it was missing a crucial ingredient: the turkey! I couldn’t believe it! After receiving an email survey, I filled it out and was promised that someone would get in touch with me, but I have yet to hear back. This experience has certainly put this restaurant on my do-not-return list.
Good location. I have been ordering the pick up but went today after a looong time. Service was pretty good. And surprisingly there were quite a few people inside the restaurant. But they did a good job. Better than most other locations Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This place is really dirty. The cashier was playing with her long braids right above the bagels and bread items. Every table looks just like what you see in the pictures. We love Panera at home, but this experience was unpleasant.
