I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, my order was incorrect, and the restroom wasn't stocked. I walked in and ordered six bagels (sliced, toasted, and buttered) along with a scone to go from the kiosk. Unfortunately, I waited 30 minutes for my order, and two people who had ordered after me, with more complicated requests, received their food before I did. The restaurant was not busy at all, with only four tables occupied, and online ordering was unavailable, so there was no clear reason for the delay. Guess it's a sign of the times. Slightly higher prices and smaller servings. This location is nice except when there's no parking when it's busy to get in and out fast. But what was really annoying was that there were $5 October coupons all over theInternet (which prompted our visit) for orders over $25 but none worked and provided no explanation as to why. Still good foodtho. Some of the kids working there could use a bit an attitude adjustment as I felt as tho I was bothering them by ordering. The bowl itself is 1 tall inside was 1/2 inch of brown rice, 6 olives, 3cherry tomatoes, approx 1 of cucumber, few leafed of arugula topped with 1/2 cup of sour cream. A fair price would be more around $4 this looks like McDonalds made it with anPanera price tag.

Couple small slices of chicken on my salad. Meager. Weak. Their answer to rising costs is to cut way back on the most important part of the salad the chicken. Order extra chicken or get something else off the menu. The salads with meat are ridiculous.
I am really disappointed with Panera's lack of focus on food quality. Their prices are high and I feel like it was a waste of both time and money. You can find much better food for a lot less at other places.
This location is in need of a strong manager. There are eight people in the kitchen cooking without any clear guidance. I wish I could step in and assist them in getting these orders out efficiently.

What a difference clean food makes! Everything was absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be dining at Panera much more often!
