We stopped here on our way home from Delaware and we loved it. They were not busy, maybe due to the crazy cold weather, but we were helped by Leah at the checkout and she was engaging and helpful, the kind of person who should be helping people make their food choices and explain the deals offered. The food (salad, soup and sandwich) was fantastic, although the portion of meat on the ciabatta steak and cheese was a little disappointing. Place was clean and we will definitely stop here next time we are hungry and passing through.
I understand Panera strives to offer quality ingredients, but their prices are getting out of control. Today I ordered the You Pick Two, half a Frontega Chicken Sandwich and half Citrus Asian Crunch salad. No drinks or extras. My total was $17. To top it off there was barely any chicken on my sandwich. The food was good but not worth the price at all. I could have bought all the ingredients and made myself lunch for the week with what they charged me for 1 lunch.
I can't believe how bad Panera food has gotten. Haven't been to a Panera in 5 years but going to this location today I won't be back to one any time soon. It was expensive and bland. The grilled cheese wasn't even grilled and the bread just like warm. My group got a variety of soup and we each felt like they came microwaved in a bag (which I am pretty sure they do). The salads we got were ok and so we're the bbq chicken sandwich but not worth the price.
I asked for the Sierra turkey, they asked if they could put it in the cheese bagels if they were out of the normal bread, I said ok. I personally love this Panera Bread. I've been here multiple times, as it's the closest one to me, and every time I'm greeted with a friendly face and a smile. Food is always on point too. It's good energy here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Wheelchair accessibility is pretty poor, you have to go down several stores to get on the sidewalk. But the food and service were as expected for a for panara. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
