I love the service at Panera Bread. The staff is polite , the food is delicious and FRESH and the options on the menu are great. I also like how the service is set up. From placing your order to taking your name, to having a designated area where you can comfortably wait to receive your food. They offer a variety of pastries and drinks that keep me coming back. I enjoy the pumpkin/squash soup in the cold months along with the 10 vegetable soup and the sandwiches are also delicious. They also offer a dine-in section which is cozy. If you are in this area, stop by!
Absolutely fantastic! When I visited the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the store manager, Eboni, whose lively and warm voice made me feel right at home. She provided me with exceptional international customer service, showing genuine passion for her work. Eboni was incredibly insightful, helping me make the perfect choice from their amazing menu. The cozy atmosphere she created in the restaurant truly deserves recognition, perhaps even a well-deserved raise!
I've been visiting this Panera Bread for a few months now and really enjoy it. The atmosphere is comfortable and spacious, and it's usually quite peaceful. The service has always been excellent. I’m especially impressed with Ebony; she is always cheerful and proactive in offering assistance. She even helped me sign up for the unlimited beverage program, which made me very happy!
Ebony was incredibly helpful during our order! The food was, as always, delicious, and Ebony truly went above and beyond to ensure our Panera experience was exceptional. It felt like chatting with an old friend. I would definitely return just for the outstanding service!
