I've visited this location multiple times, and each experience has been quite disappointing. I always use the drive-thru, and no matter who is working, the staff is consistently rude and disrespectful. I even saw a female employee yelling at an elderly man who was having trouble reading the screen to confirm his order. On my most recent visit, a male employee took my order without greeting me, rushed me to finish, and then aggressively returned my credit card before throwing the bag of food into my car without saying a word. The customer service at this location desperately needs improvement. I will not be returning to this poorly managed Panera.
