I had an incomplete order last week—my chicken was missing from my salad—so I called to inform the management. They took my name and instructed me to return and ask for the manager. When I came back, the manager—who I had spoken to earlier—was very apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure that my salad was made correctly. Even though this Panera isn't the closest one to my home, I prefer coming here because they consistently take care when preparing orders. The food is delicious and the pickup is quick. However, I experienced a lack of customer service from an older woman during the morning shift; the welcome felt minimal at best. I've ordered the Bagel packs multiple times, and the bagels have consistently been tough. I'm not sure if this is due to a machine issue or human error. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5 stars, but the morning customer service only gets a 3.

I really enjoy this Panera location, which is situated near Five Down and a number of small shops. I usually get a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel, but there aren't many cream cheese flavor options, so I opted for the honey walnut. Before I go home, I order my breakfast before they are open, I go to work and keep on the way and my bag is waiting for me next to the entrance. You can't beat that. Once at work I have a nice hot sandwich and a delicious blueberry scene. Great way to start the day.
