It seems that Panera, as a chain, has been struggling to find its footing after the pandemic. However, I've noticed some improvements in both quality and availability recently. Today, I ordered one of my favorite items—the egg soufflé and a bagel. Although they were out of my preferred flavors, I’m lucky to have a few favorites! I ended up enjoying the artichoke and spinach soufflé along with a cinnamon raisin bagel. The dark roast coffee had a richer flavor than I’ve experienced in my recent visits, even though I had to refill the two empty coffee urns. I used to love this Panera location and was a loyal customer over 12+ years. However, their customer service is extremely poor. Cashiers and employees prepping food have poker faces, never smile and act like they don't want to be there! It's ridiculous so I now go to the Panera in Berwyn because the service and atmosphere is much better. I don't know how this location stays open with such unpleasant employees. The manager needs to do a better job at hiring individuals who truly enjoy customer service and not just hiring bodies!
This Panera Bread is nasty for letting ants get all over my food. I ordered my meal on uber and opened it because i haven’t had it in a long time but when i open it i see something crawling????? it was all on my cinnamon rolls and cookie and my frontega sandwich why? Honestly I would like a refund and some type of compensation and understanding on what’s going on with your establishment and your coworkers. Service: Delivery
I waited 25 minutes for my meal and had to leave because I was on my way somewhere and couldn't keep waiting. The woman at the counter was rude and was talking to everyone waiting in line like we were children. I ended up leaving without my food; waste of money. I won't be going back to Panera any time soon. I absolutely love this Panera! The service and staff are outstanding! When they run out of coffee, they replenish it right away, which is really convenient when you're in a hurry.

Wait time was extremely long and the personnel in the kitchen were really rude when they were approached with inquiries about orders.
9.00 for a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup is ridiculous. I wanted the bread bowl but they always run out.
