I frequent this Panera Bread location for lunch so often that my coworkers joke I should own stock. Unfortunately, I’ve had several items missing from my orders, like chips, cookies, or even ingredients in my sandwiches, almost as if they provide what they want instead of what I ordered. Just yesterday, I tried to contact a manager about missing chips. Astonishingly, I actually got through, but after putting me on hold, they hung up. I was simply trying to address the issue politely. I usually spend about $20 a day on lunch at this Panera, but I’ve had enough. It’s unacceptable to mess up a customer’s order, regardless of the total spent. I also tipped and paid a convenience and delivery fee...
Every time I order from this location somethings wrong and they put the food together with literallt no care. Got a smoke house BBQ sandwich with extra BBQ and when I got my sandwich it was basically just chicken on bread. No crunchy onions, cheese, barelyany sauce and hardly any meat on the sandwich. For as much as the sandwiches cost this is insane... I once ordered a broccoliMac and cheese and got a cup of cheese not even all the way melted and only had 5 noodles in it.
Panera Bread consistently delivers a great dining experience. This location was conveniently situated between my work site and hotel, so I found myself eating here four times in a week. The food was always reliable, and my orders were accurate every time. It gets extremely busy during lunch, so I recommend ordering ahead. Service is quick after 6 PM. My favorite is the Pick 2 option, and I particularly enjoy the turkey, avocado, and bacon from their menu.
A fantastic spot to savor freshly brewed coffee along with some of the finest homemade bread and pastries. The staff are responsible, courteous, and provide quick service, always ready to assist when needed. The atmosphere is clean and safe. However, the Wi-Fi connection could be better, possibly due to many customers using it during my visit.

Very clean. Various ways to place an order. Scratching my head on how 2 cookies cost close to $5, is this the effects of inflation!?! Overall good place to meet up with groups and eat.
