Katie is the ideal person to have at the front counter! She is upbeat, cheerful, and friendly, with just the right level of conversation. She remembers her regular customers by name and greets them warmly when they arrive. When I placed my order, she was very helpful, clearly explaining the ingredients in my sandwich and accommodating my request for a substitution. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she effortlessly switches between languages to enhance her customers' experience. Interacting with her was truly a pleasure.
I will not be returning to this location. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but it was missing the meat. I went back to have my order corrected, and it was still wrong—this time, I didn't receive any cheese, and the bread had a spot of mold on it. Honestly, what is going on? Is it too much to ask the staff to double-check that the order is correct and avoid serving stale bread?
The customer service and food quality are fantastic at this restaurant. However, my colleagues and I noticed a significant downside: there are no power outlets available at this location. I recommend charging your laptops and mobile devices to 100% before coming in, as team calls can quickly drain your battery. It's disappointing not to have the option for power during lunch.
I hadn't visited this location since before the pandemic, but everything was great. I do wish they would use more green lettuce instead of yellow lettuce, and I'd like to see an additional dressing option. Although prices have gone up, the food was still very good.

This Panera Bread location is the only one where I’ve found an incredible vanilla cold brew. The ones at other locations just can’t compare. The food is consistently outstanding, and the staff is always friendly and attentive.
Lovely, friendly workers and fresh pastries. The scones are always on point and there are usually plenty of bagels. It's never a long wait, never crowded, and always so clean!
Don't know why the black girl has a nasty attitude this morning!!! But she needs to be restrained or fired !!
It's a Panera Bread. It's like the other Panera Bread's but there aren't any convenient outlets.
