The food at All panera locations has gone down hill over the years so my wife and I tend to avoid it anymore. Not to mention the soups are made of seed oils which are terrible for human consumption but I digress. Since our kids like the Mac and cheese we occasionally eat here. Well tonight’s steak and white cheddar sandwich that I had was so nasty and soaked with horseradish sauce that I finally felt compelled to write this review. I couldn’t even finish it. Please Panera, go back to your old ways and use high quality, healthy ingredients.
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. Unfortunately, the grilled cheese wasn’t actually grilled; it seemed like it was microwaved instead, as the cheese was stuck to the paper and I had to use a fork to pry it off. The soup was decent, but I suspect it was pre-made before arriving at the restaurant. On my previous visits, I’ve had to remove wilted lettuce from a bad salad and I found turkey with a grayish tint that I had to throw away. Given these experiences, I won’t be returning for any meals.
I love this location… they’re always quick with their service and happy to help. The manager Mercy is always so friendly and welcoming when I come in for my charged lemonades after the gym or my coffee before work. They are always so friendly here.
The food is delicious, but the portion sizes are a bit small for the price. As for parking, I had no trouble finding a spot. The restaurant is also easily accessible for wheelchair users.

The manager on duty was very friendly and welcoming, always wearing a smile. The atmosphere was quite pleasant. The food was delicious, and I definitely plan to come back.
