Not enough charging/a/c outlets for the normal number of guests that are in the dinning room.Employees lack smiles (and positive energy) which casts a shadow Mngmt employees not in alignment?Plus too many menu choices shown on fancy tablets not available when I visit.Generally, there has been a decline in the noticeably *good* food quality remembered from 2010 2017. Ever since Cv 19 there have been incremental degradations of that great freshly cooked (or baked) Panera cuisine. Conversely prices are escalating as fast (possibly even faster) than comparable eateries.Need I mention an overall lack of staff members?
