This restaurant is probably the worst place to visit. I usually don't leave negative reviews, as I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but I have ordered from here several times and every time there have been mistakes. This last order was the worst yet - they forgot half of our order. When I called to inquire about the missing food, I was told that they couldn't deliver it because they use a third party delivery service. When I asked for a refund for the missing food, I was told by the person on the phone that they weren't sure they could do anything for me. So now I'm out $30 and have no food. I would have been okay if they had just refunded me for the missing items.
I went to this Panera Bread to get a bite to eat and get some work done while I was there. When I go to Panera, I usually order on their kiosks. A couple of this Panera's kiosks were down, but I found one to order on. I prefer using these because it's much easier to customize your order. I got a caesar salad and a mango smoothie. The food came out very quick and the staff was very nice. Fresh and tasty, as always! The WiFi worked well for doing work on my computer. Nice environment with friendly staff and clientele. Altogether, this is a nice Panera Bread with quick service, good food and a nice environment.
From door to kitchen area they all all very helpful, patient and polite, this is always like this. Cashier was wearing a mask, she was very polite and helpful right before she touched our food, she put fresh gloves which is a very good sign for us. Their breads are so good only complain could be they should make better bagels they are good but not good enough for a New Yorker : For bagels, we tired to go to next door but the guy there he was so gross we couldn't eat here, we came panera for a good very clean food. Who ever is keeping this employees happy they are doing good job good management i think.
I visited Panera at 6 PM and walked in to see about 6 workers all at once. I stood quietly at the counter for about 4 minutes, but none of the workers acknowledged me. It seemed like they were too busy to take my order, so I decided to leave. As I was leaving, I mentioned to a woman who appeared to be the manager that the service was not the best. She sarcastically replied, "Well, I really appreciate it," and laughed in my face through the window. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Panera location. They had inexperienced children working there who did not know how to communicate with customers effectively. Additionally, it took them nearly 30 minutes to prepare my meal. I was very disappointed.

I just love having my breakfast or brunch at this place. My favorite it’s always the broccoli and cheese soup in a bread . Good to remember my meetings with friends !
