Was over at another store picking up an order and thought I would stop for cookies. Walked and walked up to the counter as a staff member was walking away. It took the gentleman (Jose) a few minutes to realize I walked up. No biggie, he had jumped on a call but still tried to come over and assist me with my order. Shortly, another associate walked over to take over. This associate asked me what I wanted and rang me up. She was currently wearing gloves, but after she finished on the register, she changed her gloves and went to start getting my cookies. However, the gentleman came back over and was apologizing for being on the phone and started opening a bag. I let him know that it was no bigg...
Horrible experience after experience, so I figured it's time to bring it to their attention here since the traditional way hasn't worked so far. I have had numerous issues with my orders, and zero apologies were made. They deny orders being placed and embarrass customers in a very loud manner, and when they are proven wrong with a receipt, they deny fault with a straight face. Protein amounts keep shrinking, and more sauce and cheap cheese paste are added. Mugs with lipstick. Why ask for a name for the order when you call customers by the last name on their credit card? This location needs work
Terrible service! The staff was rude and inattentive . We had to wait for ages to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly cooked.Eden one of the employees there was extremely rude and unprofessional ,she was arguing and yelling at another customers today over a cup of Water that she refused to give .Other restaurants near by provide a much pleasant and great experience and employees are more professional .This was a much unpleasant experience for us and other customers today at this particular location.

Came here to pick up my order I placed on online, came in and looked on the shelf that said they were holding orders in the back but when I asked they looked on the shelf and someone stole it, but they did remake my order when I came in with no questions and no hassle!
Panera is Panera. Had some good food and drinks. Lots of foot traffic so if you’re looking for quiet it might be a bit busy here. Overall pretty good experience.
Worst place ever just walked in and told one of the employees they have flies in their bread station inside glass employee said she could care less!!!
