Been coming here occasionally for years. Have noticed a decline in service similar to other recent reviewers. I 'm not about to give a 1 star, but it 's clear that something has changed and management needs to address it. I 've been coming here daily for the last month because of the sip-cup promotion, and half the time the coffee carafes are empty, and I have to wait ~5 minutes to get someone 's attention to refill them. They don’t provide napkins or utensils, then the manager laughs and I told her I don’t find it funny at all when I just paid $20 for two items and my kid is hungry and needs a spoon. Panera Bread had overall gone down. They don’t even have a panini press anymore. The guy at the drive thru window that it’s been five years. I said I’ve worked across the street for only 3 years and that they had it then. When you ask them to toast your bread, they don’t. This location has been extremely awful for awhile and I stopped going 2 years ago. My kid was hungry and that was the only thing that was open on our way to an emergency appointment. Smh
I ordered three smoked house barbecue chicken sandwiches and two strawberry banana smoothies on February 25, 2024, around 7:30 PM. When I got home, I found that I received three beef sandwiches instead. I was informed that they were out of bananas, so I requested two strawberry smoothies instead. One of the staff members slammed a smoothie down on the counter and told me that was all they had. I won’t be returning. It was a complete waste of money.
Linda was an enthusiastic and attentive server who took my order with great detail. While I was waiting, the manager checked in on me to see how I was doing, which was a nice touch. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and my sandwich was prepared perfectly. I opted for the Country Rustic bread instead of the usual focaccia they offer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I go here frequently and its okay. The food is nothing special but that’s a Panera issue not specific to this location. But lately they have been running out of asiago cheese bagels every time I go which is disappointing because it’s really the only bagel of theirs that I want. I hope they start making more since they seem to be so popular.
Zero chicken on a caprese chicken melt. It's literally in the name. They charge way to much for there food when there workers are incompetent. All these bad reviews tells me managers don't care at all what's going on at this location.
I had a disappointing experience with a $5 soup. I ordered two for my sick daughter and me, but we received barely anything. The bread was burnt as well. Unfortunately, I've been consistently let down by this place and their food.
We received a voucher for a 'Pick-Two ' on December 31, 2023 to use on next visit. We dinned in one week later but was unable to redeem coupon because it had expired the same day it was issued to us.

Soup and lemonade were delicious, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the length of time it took for the meal to be prepared. Store was very busy, to be fair.
If you don’t want to take someone’s order just say it! Don’t be rude because you don’t want to do your job!
