The food at Panera was delicious as usual. However, there was a discrepancy in our order where we were shorted two large Mac and cheese bowls. Despite reordering and confirming our order, there was no apology from the employees and they were rude when we asked about the missing items. Additionally, our second order came with chips instead of baguettes, as they were out of stock. It was frustrating to see that Panera is consistently out of baguettes during dinner time, as they are a staple of the restaurant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with lackluster customer service.
