Came in with a few people, the place was packed. 2 workers walked by us with a scowl on their face and no acknowledgement . Another worker came by and greeted us with a smile ,politely thanked us for our patience and quickly cleaned a table for us. Informed us the kitchen was a little backed up and made suggestions on what items to order, so we could make it to our event on time. We appreciated her honesty and she was spot on in timing of her recommendations. I believe her name was Jamie, she said she just started working there not to long ago we couldn’t believe it, didn’t miss a beat.Best service I’ve had since before Covid , smile never left her face. I really enjoy the food and have visited most of their locations in Lake and Cuyahoga counties. However, I was disappointed when I received a burnt pizza and wasn't given any napkins. That’s a basic expectation, and it fell short. Despite this, I will still return, though I might choose a different location next time.
The staff is amazing at this Paninis. I had my birthday party here and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. When I walk in my drink shows up. That's great service and why I keep coming back. Cheers!
One of my favorite places since my brother took me there after a Cleveland Indians game the other location is now permanently closed so we came here and it was still delicious thank you so much for the memories.

What I didn't like was the fact that they charged us gratuity 20% and then charged a percentage for using my card. A $13 meal ended with me paying almost $19. No notice of the charges until the check came.
I’ve had lunch at other locations that were much better than this one. I wouldn’t choose this place again and would consider other options if I’m in the area.
The food is excellent, the service is superb, and the staff is very friendly. The bar is also quite lovely. I highly recommend this place!
