I was staying at my brothers for a few days and was looking for good pizza, so chose Papa Gino’s. We ordered online from their website for delivery. I ordered at 4:32 and it was supposed to be delivered by 5:05. I waited until 5:45 to call, because it was the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend and I assumed they were busy. The gentleman on the phone checked my order and explained that he didn’t have his own delivery drivers and was using doordash drivers. He said my order had went out a while ago and should have been already delivered based on my location. Because I didn’t have the order; he offered to either refund my money or recook my order for a pickup. We chose the later and I went and pick...
I ordered a pizza for delivery, and while the delivery was smooth, the pizza itself was quite disappointing. What happened to classic pizza? This Rustic Pizza was poorly presented. Its shape resembled a distorted map of the United States, and the cutting was messy. To top it off, the crust was as hard as a brick. I remember when Papa Gino’s had great pizza. I recommend returning to your original recipe instead of trying to compete with places like Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's, which I think aren’t even that great. I wish you luck with your new pizza styles, but I won’t be ordering from you again.
WOW!! I ordered a meat lovers on Saturday 5/1/24 I wish I took a picture of it. When I tell you, it was the BEST and PRETTIEST pizza I 've ever seen come out of Papa Gino 's I mean it! It literally looked like the commercial pizza 's! I believe it was the manager that made it. I did let him know this Pizza looks AMAZING I couldn 't wait to get home! It was evenly sliced so picking the perfect slice was not something I had to worry about at ALL. Once I took that 1st BITE OMG it was soooooo GOOD!!!! Thank you for taking your time and crafting the most prettiest and best tasting pizza in Town!!
This is undoubtedly one of the best places for pizza. The food was fantastic, and the customer service was the perfect finishing touch. Robert is incredibly nice and is an outstanding manager! Robert, the general manager was extremely gracious and kind. The store didn’t have A/C and it was one of the hot days but he continued to display an amazing attitude and delivered incredible customer service. Definitely the best experience I’ve had going to this specific location and I’ve been coming here for years.
The real deal! Solid place to grab a pizza made by some kind souls who will stay open late for you while you chow down. Stop by if you're in the area with an appetite and want to be treated like a real human being, you won't be disappointed!
Robert the general manager has been nothing but exceptional! His customer service charisma and leadership is excellent. He always goes above and beyond!
