Awful experience! Ordered my pizzas online at 5 pm for a 5:35 pm pick up. They forgot to make them and I had to wait until 5:50. Meanwhile people were ordering their food coming and going. No one communicated their mistake or offered anything in return for the inconvenience. I won’t be ordering anytime soon!
One of the employees was extremely kind when taking my order. I believe her name was Charlene. She was very polite and patient and provided fantastic service for my entire group.
