I placed an online order at this restaurant, but an hour passed and I still had not received my food. I called to inquire about my order and the late delivery policy. I would have preferred to cancel my order and receive a refund. The man I spoke to on the phone was impolite and informed me that they were very busy but still had time to deliver my order. I was not looking to dispute the situation, only to understand my options for resolving the delay. Just 10 minutes after my call, my food arrived, but unfortunately the delivery driver also displayed a rude attitude. It was disappointing to experience such poor service from staff when trying to address the issue in a mature manner.
My son wanted pizza so I told him to order, he ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders wings which came up to $88, I call to cancel because I know they had specials, the manager offered $10 discount, I said no, I want the special, he can, I reorder the special3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings for $48. They cancel the order without even letting us know. Unprofessional, it?s my money and Idecide how I want to spend it. Never doing business with them again
This is the best Papa John's I've ever been to I don't know what their secret is but everything from their specialty pizzas to the plain ones always taste so good! They don't deliver to me but it's worth the drive every time. They also always call rightaway if they have any questions about the order, and because of that everything has always been perfect.
