Papa Johns - Tisch reservieren

How should I compare this papa johns then the ones back in southern California. If I was able to give customer service and pizza quality 10 stars, I would do so. Not sure if the older gentleman was the owner, judging by the front door sign of "family owned "business, the gentlemen had great customer service and was a very nice person. He had offered me other pizzas for a price thatwas affordable but I was not able to finish all the pizza so I had kindly declined. My girlfriend is very picky on foodespecially pizza, she was in love with the pizza. She stated the pizza was made the way pizza is suppose to be made. Happygirlfriend, happy life. I give this papa johns 5/5 stars. Will highley come...

Ordered pizza, cheese sticks, and bread sticks for 3 people. We all wanted cheese dipping sauce so the order was made to have a total of 4 cheese sauces total. They decided to just give us what they wanted so we only got 2 sauces. Thanks to the boxesbeing taped shut, this wasn't discovered until we got the food inside. Promptly called the store and was told that they wouldsend the driver back with the sauces soon as he got back. Well it's been 90 minutes since I called and nobody has shown backup. Papa John's literally stole from me at this point, considering you have to pay extra for the sauces. I will never orderfrom here again, this location SUCKS!

Wow, our first time trying PJ pizza ? and we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was! We ordered the veggie pizza for a late dinner via Uber: it came quickly and was still warm, even though we are a good 15-minute drive away. The crust was amazing? soft and airy yet thick and filling. Vegetables were all fresh. Cheese was plentiful but not too heavy and didn?t taste asprocessed as some places. The sauce might not be for everyone. It?s more like fresh (uncooked) tomatoes than an actual sauce,which might be acidic for some... but we liked it. It was our first experience but it won?t be our last.

I placed an order online. When I went to pick it up, the owner said he didn't make it, but it went through. He told me he would make it now. I drove 20 min to pick up my pizza and now you want me to wait for it. It was suppose to be ready when I got there.I can't wait another 20 min. I told him cancel and left very upset. I will never be back here again. It seemed like the ownerdidn't really care.

Lovely pizza, albeit overpriced. Customer service lacking front of house.
